Native of Stillwater, Billy has been involved with Town and Gown Community Theatre for the last twenty years in all aspects of production, i.e. acting, directing and all types of tech. Billy also likes to jam on the mandolin with his friends the McSpebee's. He makes his living in a family business, McCollom Interior.
